SAIL requires young, energetic, result oriented & promising talent to join SAIL as Management Trainee (Administration) in the disciplines of HR, Marketing, Materials Management for the operation of its Plants & Mines across India.

No of posts: 60 posts (UR-27, EWS-5, OBC-16, SC-8, ST-4) (PWD-2) (HR-30, Marketing-10, Materials Management-20)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 60% marks (average in all years) with at least 2 years MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in Human Resources/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management/ Masters in Human Resources & Organisational Development for HR disciplines, Marketing for Marketing discipline and Production/ Operations/ Materials/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management for Materials Management disciplines.
Age: 28 years as on 14/06/2019.
Written Examination: Selection to the posts of Management Trainee (Administration) will be based on Online Examination which will be held on 21/07/2019 (forenoon) at various exam centers across India.
