Selection Process:


(i) Candidates applying for the past of Junior Assistant/ EVM Godown Keeper will have to appear in a written test of 150 marks for 2(two) hours, comprising of General English (50 marks). General Knowledge (50 Marks) and Quantitative Aptitude/Logical Reasoning (50 Marks). Further, they will have to appear in another Test of knowledge to Computer (Practical 50 Marks).

(ii) On the basis of the marks secured in the written test, four candidates will be selected against each vacancy notified for the Computer Test. No. TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Written Test/ Interview.

(ii) Final selection will be done on the basis of merit (i.e. aggregate marks obtained in the Objective Type Written Test and Computer Proficiency Test) and preference as mentioned by the candidates.

(iv) There will be no Viva-Voce interview.

1. Lab Technician

Essential Qualification:

a) B.Sc MLT with two years of experience in Microbiology division of Clinical Laboratory.
b) Must be able to work with automated systems such as Bactec, Vitek, Real time PCR etc.

Desirable:
a) Experience of working in Molecular Biology Laboratory.
b) Knowledge of computers (PGDCA)

2. Lab Attendant
No of posts: 2

Essential Qualification:

a) 12th Passed in Science Stream from a recognized Institute.
b) Experience of working in Hospital Laboratory (2 Years).
c) Knowledge of computers (PGDCA)

The Digital Viva Test for the posts of Grade - IV reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) of different departments under the Government of Assam in pursuance to advertisement dated 30th December 2018 has been scheduled to be held in the respective district Headquarters w.e.f. 16-12-2019 as per the schedule published in the website.
The test will be conducted in three types and marks will be assigned as under:
Type A: 3 (Three) questions on History of Assam carrying 1 (One) mark each.Type B: 3 (Three) questions on General Knowledge carrying 1 (One) mark each.Type C: 3 (Three) questions on Cultural, Polity, Geography and Economy of Assam carrying 1 (One) mark each.
Candidates are requested to visit SLPRB website www.slprbassam.in to download their Admit Cards w.e.f. 28th of November 2019.
The Test will be conducted district wise across the State. The district-wise schedule on conduct of Digital Viva Test has been uploaded in SLPRB website www.slprbassam.in.
