v One Active Mobile Number with you (Duplicate Mobile No will not be Allowed).
v One Front Face Clear Looking Scan or Clicked Photograph {(200(H) x277(V)pixel, (Below 100 KB)}
v Scan/Image Copy of Your Last Passed“Marks Sheet”.
v Scan/Image Copy of Last“Pass Certificate”.
v Scan/Image Copy of Last “Admit Card”.
v One Scan/Image of Signature. (Below Size 100 KB in Jpeg/Jpg/ Pdf Format).
v Valid Income Certificate&Plantation Photo (for BPL).
v Extra-Curricular Activities Certificate (If Apply from Quota).
v Be Ready with One Active Debit/Credit Card/ Net Banking Login Details/ UPI Account Information or Any Wallet Account.
v One Account No, Account Holder Name, Bank Name and IFSC Code (to get the Amount Refund from Government).

HOW TO APPLY ?
Before Starting Read the Guidelines Carefully..
1.Click on Application Form.
2.Register Yourself with your Basic Details like Name, Active Mobile Number, Valid Email ID & DOB.
3.After Sign Up you will get 4-digit numeric pin as your Password & Mobile No as your Login Id.
4.Now Login with your Mobile Number & Password in Login Page Link.
5.Select Your Class&Submit Your details according to the form.
6.Click on Send OTP. You will Receive OTP in Registered Mobile Number.
7.After OTP Validation you need to Select Class Stream & Subject.
8.After Subject Selection Declaration Page Will Appear where need to Click Next after select Check Box
9.Select (0) Zero Amount Fee at Payment Page& Click on Pay button.
10.After this step need to click on Next button to fill Personal Details / Academic Details & Documents Upload Process.
11.Check Your Form Very Carefully Before Submit, After Submit you Can’t Edit Your Form.
12.Now Print/Save or Download the Generated Application Form to Submit at Office as When it will beasked for.
13.You Can Collect the Generated Application Form in Your Registered Email ID or Your Dashboard Account Also.
14.Keep store all SMS received during Online Process on your Registered Mobile Number, Email and in Your Dashboard to get all Information on time.
