Instructions To Applicant
- Read the prospectus carefully before filling up the application form.
- A valid Mobile Number of the student for verification OTP.
- Application fee of Rs.300/- is to be paid for online application. Fee can be paid using Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI / Paytm Wallet.
- Wrong/False entry of any credentials of the application will attract rejection of the application.
- Upload passport size photo and signature of the applicant without which the application will be summarily rejected.
- Upload Pass certificate of the last examination.
- Upload Admit Card of the last examination.
- Upload Mark Sheet of the last examination.
- Upload Caste Certificate (OBC/MOBC/ST/SC) if applicable .
- No printed copy of the online application form has to be submitted at College.
Students seeking admission into HS 1st Year will plant a sapling at her home and shall give photograph of the same to the college.
Category of Students eligible under the scheme
1. Students whose parental annual income is less than Rs. 2.00 Lakh from all sources will be eligible to avail this scheme.
2. If either of the parent (mother or father) of the student is working in the State Govt/Central Govt/Semi Govt/State shall not be eligible under this scheme.
Proof of Income/Document's required
1) Photograph of Planted sapling in A4 Size Photo Paper (Sample of planted photograph availabe in college website https://mdkgcollege.edu.in
2) An Income Certificate from the Local Revenue Circle Officer.
3) A declaration from the students that neither or the parent (fatther or mother) of the student is an employee of State/Central govt Department or its undertaking. (Declaration from is available in college website https://mdkgcollege.edu.in) if such a declaration is found to be false, the admission shall be cancelled and fee shall be realized from such students.

Admission Fees for HS 1st Year (Arts) BPL Category students is Rs. 850/-

- HS 1st Year Class will begin at 6.45 AM and will be of 40 Mintutes duration.
- A CONFIRMED SEAT IN H.S. DOES NOT IMPLY AN AUTOMATIC SEAT IN DEGREE CLASSES. ADMISSION INTO DEGREE CLASSES WILL BE PURELY ON THE BASIS OF MERIT.
- 60 SEATS OUT OF 300 IS RESERVED FOR CBSC STUDENTS. AFTER DECLARATION OF CBSC CLASS 10 RESULT STUDENTS CAN APPLY FOR HIGHER SECONDARY COURSE.
The College reserves the right to revise, amend, update, or delete any part of the Bulletin without giving any prior notice. Any change so made shall be updated on the online admission portal
Applicants are responsible for regularly checking the portal for any updates
For Each Course, a separate form needs to be submitted.
Only a single candidate can apply from a registration
Note: The online application will be treated as incomplete on the following points.
1. Mandatory documents not uploaded
2. Payment process not completed
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
There is no provision for cancelling submitted application and as such no refund for cancellation request.
Terms and Conditions
- For online payments, it is important for candidates to note the transaction Id for future reference..
- Application charges ₹ 00 will be charged by MDKG College from the students.
- Submission of application and payment of application fee does not make the candidate eligible for the Courses. Candidates are advised to carefully read the eligibility criteria in Admission notification and Information Brochure before applying.
